All items are shipped by United States Postal Service via Priority Mail which includes shipping, handling and delivery confirmation. Insurance may be requested for an additional fee. We charge a flat fee of $4.75. We ship to the United States only. Shipping outside the United States will be considered on a sale-by-sale basis.

Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund. The shipping, handling, insurance (if requested) and delivery confirmation are non-refundable. To receive a refund you must email us explaining your dissatisfaction within 24 hours after receiving your items. The refund is for the purchase amount only. Items must be returned to us within 7 days after we have agreed to accept the return. Items must be sent by Priority Mail with insurance at buyers expense and returned in the same condition as they were received. After the returned items have been received and inspected by Charms N More, a refund will be processed within 24 hours, less shipping, handling, insurance, and delivery confirmation charges. No C.O.D. or postage due accepted on returned items. The above time frame for refunds must be followed, otherwise all sales are final. The shipping and return policy is subject to change at any time.
